Payment Policy
- A non-refundable deposit of $250 per person payable to Authentic Sicily is required to secure bookings for all programs.
- Payment of 50% of total program cost is due no later than 90 days prior to the start of the program date.
- Payment in full is due 60 days prior to the start of the program date.
- Full payment is required on all reservations made on or after two months prior to the start of the program date.
- Authentic Sicily accepts checks, American Express, Visa and Master Card.
- All registration forms must be signed and forwarded to Authentic Sicily either by mail (416 Washington Street, Suite 3K, New York NY 10013) or fax (212-504-9520). DO NOT send credit card information by email.
Cancellation Policy For Independent Travel
- All cancellation notices must be in writing or via e-mail.
- Cancellations made 90 days prior to the program start date will receive a full refund less a $250 per person administrative fee.
- Cancellations made 60-90 days prior to the program start date will be refunded 50% of payments made up to the date of cancellation.
- Cancellations less than 60 days prior to the program start date will not be eligible for a refund.
- No refunds will be made fro any services not used during a program.
Cancellation Policy For Escorted Travel
Authentic Sicily reserves the right to cancel any escorted program due to insufficient participation or any other unforeseen circumstance as determined by the company. If the program is cancelled by Authentic Sicily, guests will receive a full refund of all monies paid. Itineraries are subject to change. Authentic Sicily will make best efforts to contact guests to inform them of any significant changes as defined by Authentic Sicily.
Authentic Sicily strongly recommends guests purchase trip cancellation insurance.
Liability
Authentic Sicily does not own or operate any of the companies providing accommodations, transportation, meals or other itinerary components of programs. We assume no responsibility for delays, losses or accidents, or for damage to persons or property caused by any persons, firm, corporations or other legal entities providing accommodations, transportation, meals or other services either as part of or incidental to these programs.
